How to Stay in Alignment & Overcome Old Beliefs. Fine-Tuning Your Frequency.


Have you ever felt like you're just going through the motions in life, not fully present or engaged in what you're doing? Or have you noticed that when you're feeling off, things just don't seem to go your way? It could be that you're not in alignment with your frequency.

So, what is frequency? It's the vibrational energy that surrounds and emanates from us. It's believed that everything in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency, and that our thoughts, emotions, and actions all contribute to the frequency we emit.

When we're in alignment with our frequency, we feel balanced, grounded, and present. When we're out of alignment, we may feel disconnected, scattered, or even unwell.

There are several signs that you may be out of alignment with your frequency. Some common ones include feeling overwhelmed or stressed, struggling to make decisions or focus on tasks, experiencing physical symptoms like fatigue or digestive issues, feeling disconnected from your true self or purpose, and noticing changes in your behavior or mood.

If you're out of alignment with your frequency, there are several things you can do to get back into alignment.

Practice mindfulness and presence, engage in activities that bring you joy, exercise regularly, and practice self-care.

Old beliefs or patterns of thinking can also keep us out of alignment with our frequency. To move past these beliefs and fully embrace our true selves, we can reflect on the beliefs that are holding us back, challenge and reframe these beliefs, and practice self-compassion.

Fine-tuning our frequency is an ongoing process that requires self-awareness and self-care. By staying mindful of our thoughts and emotions, engaging in activities that bring us joy, and practicing self-care, we can stay in alignment with our frequency and overcome old beliefs that may be holding us.
