Terms and Agreement for Energy Healing

Payment: Payment for the session must be made in advance and is non-refundable. If the buyer cancels the session, they may reschedule once more. If the session is canceled again, it will be considered a new session and will close the time allocated for the original session. In the event that the provider needs to cancel or reschedule the session, the provider will offer the client the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless required by law.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify the provider and hold them harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the services provided.

The client agrees to respect the confidentiality of the reading and not to share the details of the reading with anyone else without the permission of the reader. The client agrees to pay for the reading in full before the session begins. The client understands that the reader is not a licensed therapist or counselor and does not offer professional mental health services. If the client is experiencing mental health issues, they should seek the advice of a licensed professional. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the reader harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from the client's participation in the tarot reading session. The client agrees to release the reader from any and all liability for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of the client's participation in the tarot reading session. The client agrees that the laws of the state in which the reader is located shall govern any disputes or legal issues that may arise from the tarot reading session. The client agrees that any disputes or legal issues that may arise from the tarot reading session shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, rather than through the courts.
